New Lifehouse Academy is a Christian residential boarding school in northeastern Oklahoma that serves teenage girls who are struggling with behavioral, emotional, or life-controlling challenges. The program is designed for girls typically between the ages of 14 and 17 and offers a safe, structured environment where students can step away from negative influences and begin rebuilding their lives. As part of the Adult & Teen Challenge network, the academy focuses on helping young women experience personal transformation through faith, accountability, and supportive mentoring relationships.

The academy operates as a long-term residential program that generally lasts about twelve to fifteen months. During this time, students live on campus in a highly supervised setting where they follow a consistent daily routine that includes academics, mentoring, recreation, and spiritual development. The campus is located in a peaceful rural area near Grand Lake in the foothills of the Ozarks, providing a quiet environment that helps girls focus on personal growth and healing away from many of the pressures and influences they faced at home.

A central part of the program is spiritual development and character formation. Staff members mentor students throughout the day, offering biblical counseling, discipleship, and practical guidance designed to help girls understand the consequences of their choices and develop healthier attitudes and habits. Through Bible study, chapel services, and one-on-one mentoring, students are encouraged to develop a personal relationship with God and build a foundation of values that can guide their decisions long after they leave the academy.

Academics are another important component of the program. Students attend classes through a private, accredited school that allows them to earn high school credits while enrolled in the residential program. Because many students arrive behind in their studies, the academy provides individualized instruction and small class settings where teachers can offer extra support and encouragement. This approach helps girls regain confidence in their academic abilities and make meaningful progress toward graduation.

New Lifehouse Academy also emphasizes physical fitness, recreation, and athletics as tools for character development. Competitive sports and structured physical activities teach discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and leadership. These experiences help students channel their energy into positive goals while building confidence and a sense of accomplishment.

Overall, New Lifehouse Academy seeks to provide a supportive Christian community where struggling teenage girls can experience healing, restore family relationships, and develop the skills needed for a healthy future. Through a combination of mentoring, academics, athletics, and faith-based guidance, the program aims to help young women grow in confidence, responsibility, and purpose as they prepare for life beyond the academy.
